美国音乐学院的奖学金

托福成绩只是录取标准，不是奖学金标准。美国音乐奖学金有两种。一种是由一些音乐基金会发的，通常是几百到上千美元，发给在大赛中获奖的学生，不限年龄。这种奖学金用来念音乐学院是远远不够的。有些奖学金可以高达几千或上万美元，需要申请然后通过面试决定。这种奖学金主要依靠面试，高中成绩也重要，但不需要托福成绩。比如下面这个奖学金只有500美元：Ladies of the Podium ScholarshipThe Ladies of the Podium scholarships are endowed for the Women Band Directors International by Betty Jo and Kathy Schmidt.
