大专生出国留学问题

一、大专学历是可以出国留学的。
二、根据国家教育委员会、外交部、文化部、公安部和财政部制订的《外国留学生管理办法》规定，专科生留学美国的硬性条件中主要有三大要求：一是大专在读期间的成绩证明，已经毕业的要提供毕业证明。二是英语能力证明，即托福网考79分以上或雅思6.5以上。三是需要资金担保。
三、第一条与第三条是无可厚非的。一般来讲，专科留学美国，需要在校成绩所修学分大于或等于12个美国学分，因此报名时需要提供必要的成绩证明。而且出国留学没有年龄限制的。
四、留学美国必然要有足够的资金支持，综合注册费、学费、生活费等多方面考虑，一般情况下每年需要有20万人民币左右的花费。但是对于第二条，英语成绩证明中硬性的托福、雅思成绩的要求，在现实报名时却有较大的误差。如果以这个硬性英语成绩指标作为标准，估计会有绝大部分的毕业生失去报名资格。毕竟专科毕业生在校学习的时间相对较短，很难像本科生那样可以有更多时间和精力准备托福或雅思方面的英语能力。
五、本硕双录取：同时申请本科和研究生课程，获得本科录取的同时，也获得研究生课程的有条件录取。一般GPA2.5分以上即可申请。比如圣弗朗西斯大学的本硕有条件双录取，要求平均成绩78分以上(满分100分)，可接受无语言申请。

1、方向——毫无疑问是USA，理由很简单：多元文化、移民国家、教育先进、科技发达、奖学金机会多、毕业后发展前景好等等这里不展开了。英国不是移民国家，不建议前往；
2、你是准备去读本科还是研究生？两者的做法大相近庭——准备去读本科，那就要尽快；要去读研究生，那就要逐一准备：提高成绩、学好英语、考好TOEFL和GRE、准备科研项目或论文提升专业背景等等，在完成三年学业并考出相应的外语标准考试，合理选择学校并不困难；
3、对“哪些大学”来说，要是你准备尽快出去，那就要按照你的具体条件来衡量一下而不是光说说“哪所学校好”就行了——UIUC是不错的呀，但是你有条件申请吗？可能暂时还不行吧。
不过，你所说的两所学校中的Missouri University of Science & Technology的Electrical Electronic Communications（EE）专业排名还是不错的——是66位。至于Illinois Institute of Technology（IIT）学校不错，而EE专业一般般；
4、至于加拿大的Waterloo，当然很不错，不过它的强项是数学和计算机，与你的专业方向距离比较大，我看可以不考虑，而且它的录取要求非常高——高不可攀的。
