这一类问题个人看来属于较难的一类了，因为我们可能对某一领域的话题完全没有概念，更不必谈如何解决问题。
好在一般来说，part3部分是不会考太过于专业性的问题的，基本都是我们日常生活中能够接触到的社会话题。
今天举两个例子来说说，这类问题该如何作答。

2.What are the precautions we need to take to prevent the worsening of the environmental issues?
上面这两道题一个是关于工作场景中的和下属之间的问题，一个是环保问题，都是我们能够给出观点并且详细分析的问题，难度适中。

如何减轻员工的工作压力？
1.给员工加班费
2.给员工足够的时间来完成工作。实在要是不给加班费的话，至少给加班的员工加点儿餐安抚一下吧。这些是我能想到的员工们需要的较实实在在的好处了。
